Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Denture Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations within a dental environment. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and dexterity skills to ensure the highest level of service and care for our patients.

Duties

  • Assist in Dental Lab procedures by preparing the necessary tools and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental laboratory.
  • Designing and fabricating dental appliances and prosthetics.
  • Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards & IPAC compliance.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to provide optimal patient care.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Denture Lab duties: pour models, mount, fabricate custom trays, bite registration rims, set up, wax up , invest, de-flask, trim, polish, repair, reline, and rebase denture appliances.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Denture Technician practices is essential.
  • Experience working in a Laboratory environment is a plus, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Background in a Dental setting will enhance the ability to contribute effectively from day one.
