The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have a challenging career opportunity for a Paint Lab Technician. The candidate for this position shall be responsible for performing all activities related to our corrosion laboratory.
Wage for this position: $22.00 - 24.00
Job Summary
Operation of Pre-treatment and E-Coat system:
- Preform titration, conductivity, pH and gravimetric analysis on Pre-treat and E-Coat Systems.
- Adjust systems controls to maintain system in operational parameters.
- Replacing chemical feed drums as needed.
- Perform required maintenance/repairs on pumps.
Operation of Waste Treatment systems:
- Preform required testing on waste water treatment systems.
- Adjust systems controls to maintain systems within specification.
- Replacing chemical feed drums as needed.
- Dump and clean filter presses.
System Maintenance.
- Cleaning out process tanks, cleaning pipes.
- pump repair/replacement.
Job Requirements
- Preference given to applicants with Post Secondary education or related education/experience
- 1-3 years related lab experience – recent graduates from post-secondary educational programs are welcome to apply
- Demonstrated experience must contain strong organizational, communication, administrative and time management skills
