Full job description

We’re searching for a friendly and well organised Shipping and Receiving Administrator to join our small and growing team at our Dental Lab located in Whitby.

The Shipping and Receiving Administrator duties include coordinating pick-ups and deliveries, working inbound cases into the technician's workflow and invoicing completed cases in preparation for delivery to dental offices.

Shipping And Receiving Administrator Duties & Responsibilities

Receiving physical inbound casesPacking outbound casesInvoicing cases

Communicating with dental offices

Dental terminology/knowledge is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Whitby, ON L1N 2K8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (required)

Experience:

  • Administrative : 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (required)
  • French (preferred)
