Rebellion Calibration and Torque is a growing company specializing in the calibration, maintenance, and certification of torque equipment for customers across a variety of industries. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop specialized technical skills in a hands-on environment. No previous experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

What You'll Do

As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting, servicing, and maintaining manual torque wrenches and related equipment
  • Performing calibration procedures in accordance with established standards and company procedures
  • Following ISO-based Quality Management System requirements and documentation processes
  • Accurately recording calibration and maintenance data Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Assisting with general shop and laboratory operations as required
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Considered an Asset:

  • Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent fine motor skills Experience with quality control, calibration, manufacturing, or precision equipment
  • Basic computer skills

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Occasional evenings and weekends based on workload and customer requirements
