Full job description

We are seeking a reliable Customer Service candidate to join our growing dental lab in Toronto. This role is essential to keeping our lab running smoothly and providing excellent service to our dental clients.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with entering and scheduling inbound lab cases
  • Maintain accurate case tracking, documentation, and data quality across systems
  • Develop a working knowledge of our digital workflow and products
  • Provide administrative support to the Digital and CAD-CAM department
  • Coordinate timely and professional communication between dental offices and lab technicians
  • Support general office operations, including phones and email communication

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Customer service experience (required)
  • Dental terminology and lab case workflows is an asset
  • Proficiency with computers and digital systems
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technicians and managers

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer service experience (Required)
