We are seeking an Inventory Specialist who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our inventory, from digital record-keeping to physical warehouse management. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate stock levels, supporting sales operations, and optimizing our logistics processes to meet the demands of our valued customers. You will play a key role in tracking materials, equipment, and shipments, ensuring precise inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control & Accuracy:
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory, raw materials, equipment, and stock items.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory checks to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies promptly.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures consistently.
  • Warehouse Operations:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming deliveries, ensuring proper organization and labeling within the warehouse.
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage warehouse space utilization, optimizing layouts for accessibility and efficiency.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes, implement new technologies, and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in Chinese or Korean is an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
