Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, food safety, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Sushi Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi and other Japanese dishes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food handling. Duties

  • Prepare and assemble sushi dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Handle food with care, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Assist in the preparation of other Japanese cuisine items as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated regularly
