Full job description

We are looking for friendly and outgoing Servers who enjoy interacting with guests and creating a welcoming dining experience.

Our team values positive energy, good communication, and a strong sense of hospitality. If you are someone who can make guests feel comfortable and taken care of, we would love to have you join our team.

Basic English is required. Korean language skills are a plus, but not required.

Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
  • Engage with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit
  • Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance the dining experience
  • Handle payments and cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
  • Work closely with team members during busy service hours
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Skills

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and interact comfortably with guests
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic English communication required
  • Korean language skills are an asset but not required
  • Previous serving experience is preferred, but not required
