Premium countertop & renovation sales for high-end residential clients.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional comfortable working with affluent homeowners, contractors, designers, and renovation clients on premium stone and countertop projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and developing strategic business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze sales data to inform decision-making. If you are passionate about sales and have a proven track record in account management, we want to hear from you.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to close deals and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, pricing, and service updates.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales account management or business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
