Full job description

Looking for an experienced LINE COOK/ SOUS CHEFfor a fast paced Portuguese kitchen. Someone who is willing to grow, learn our cuisine and be creative. Also if you are actually interested, I don't check the emails very often please call 905-746-7840. Ask for Chef Steve.

Duties Include:

  • Prep Work - Cutting meat, potatoes, vegetables, sauce creation, etc.
  • Starting Charcoal Fire/Putting it out
  • Operate fryers, grill, stoves, griddle, etc.
  • Orders - Kitchen stock, supplies
  • Opening/Closing - Cleaning

We work with an open fire charcoal pit - so experience with Charcoal grills would be considered an asset but not required.

Restaurant Hours:

Monday - Thursday 10-9pm

Friday - Saturday 10am-11pm

Sunday 10-9pm.

Wage:

Open, depending on experience.

Hours:

Part time and Full time available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour
