Overview

Join our vibrant kitchen team as a Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Duties

  • Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure cleanliness and availability for food preparation.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, or portioning items under supervision.
  • Support the kitchen team by organizing supplies, restocking stations, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
  • Help with basic meal assembly or plating as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols to uphold health standards.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting fellow staff members.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and food safety practices.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy pots or cleaning supplies.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to grow in the food industry and develop culinary skills.
