Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
  • Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management as necessary.
  • Participate in the training of new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements
