Job Summary

Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our culinary operations running smoothly! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, supporting food preparation activities, and ensuring food safety standards are upheld. Your enthusiasm and teamwork will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests, helping us deliver exceptional dining experiences every day.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, or assembling ingredients under supervision
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to meet health and safety regulations
  • Help with organizing supplies and restocking items to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling procedures in accordance with established standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support meal service during busy periods and ensure timely delivery of orders

Skills

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic cooking skills or willingness to learn meal preparation techniques
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff effectively
  • Familiarity with food industry operations, including cleaning procedures and food safety regulations
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably

Pay: $16.60 per hour
