Spuntino Café-Resto, situé à Westmount et faisant partie du Groupe Donato, est à la recherche d’un Sous-Chef passionné et expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe culinaire.
Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en opérations de cuisine, une excellente capacité d’organisation et un leadership mobilisateur. En tant que Sous-Chef, vous soutiendrez le Chef dans les opérations quotidiennes, contribuerez au développement des plats et veillerez au maintien de standards élevés de qualité, d’hygiène et d’efficacité dans un environnement dynamique à bon volume.
Responsabilités
- Assister le Chef dans l’ensemble des opérations quotidiennes de la cuisine
- Superviser le bon déroulement du service, de la préparation à l’envoi des plats
- Préparer et exécuter les plats selon les recettes et standards établis
- Encadrer, former et superviser les membres de la brigade de cuisine
- Participer à la création de nouveaux plats et à l’amélioration des recettes
- Assurer la qualité, la constance et la présentation des assiettes
- Gérer les stocks, les commandes et les inventaires
- Veiller au respect strict des normes d’hygiène et de salubrité alimentaire
- S’adapter aux périodes de fort achalandage et gérer les imprévus avec efficacité
- Collaborer avec la direction et l’équipe de service pour assurer une expérience fluide
Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée comme Sous-Chef ou dans un rôle similaire en restauration
- Maîtrise des techniques culinaires et des opérations de cuisine

- Expérience en gestion des coûts, commandes et inventaires (atout)

Overview
Spuntino Café-Resto in Westmount is seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team.
The ideal candidate has strong kitchen operations experience, leadership abilities, and organizational skills. As Sous Chef, you will support the Chef in daily operations, contribute to menu development, and maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and food safety in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
