Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Cabinet Vision Detailer to join our team at Organized Interiors located in Woodbridge, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing sold projects and transforming designs into accurate, production-ready drawings and specifications. This role plays a critical part in supporting efficient manufacturing processes by ensuring all project details, materials, and production information are complete and accurate.

Working closely with the Sales Design team, Manufacturing, and Installation, the Cabinet Vision Detailer serves as the link between departments to ensure projects are released on time, produced accurately, and completed to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

This position requires to be onsite full-time. Hours of work are from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm.

Please note, only candidates with Cabinet Vision software experience will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and process all sold projects prior to production.
  • Develop detailed production drawings and specifications using Cabinet Vision software.
  • Ensure all measurements, materials, finishes, hardware, and design details are complete and accurate.
  • Create and maintain CNC-ready production information.
  • Coordinate material orders with suppliers and monitor material availability.
  • Work closely with the Sales Design team to resolve drawing, design, and production issues.
  • Support production scheduling by ensuring projects are released accurately and on time.
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout the order processing stage.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of production workflows, procedures, and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with management, production staff, and installers to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized digital files and revisions to ensure accurate record keeping.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in cabinetry, millwork, manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Cabinet Vision software is required.
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry design, production processes, and technical drawings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
