EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS ONLY PLEASE. (Spray Finishing MILLWORK)

We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated spray finisher to join our team. We have state of the art equipment that you can use to help us finish stunning millwork projects.

Are you ready to join a growing company and contribute on a high performing team? To apply, you should have a MINIMUM of 3 years of experience in applying coatings.

Candidates should already possess the following skills/experience:

· Able to follow instructions
· able to prepare surfaces for finish
· ability to spray on multiple surfaces & in different directions
· ability and strong desire to keep the paint equipment and the spray booth well maintained
· recording step by step procedures/recipes
· use techniques for solid colour finishing, wood staining, glazing, etc
· able to work well under pressure (meet deadlines) but at the same time, produce work you are proud of (have an appreciation for quality work and fine details)
· be reliable, punctual and a team player
· adhere to safety standards, wear proper safety equipment
· follow shop policies and procedures
· ability to colour match & finish on-site would be an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
