Full job description

Full-Time Line Cook – Night Shift

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Full-Time Line Cook to join our restaurant team.

The ideal candidate should have basic cooking experience and be willing to learn and grow with the team. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset, but training can be provided to the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and restaurant standards
  • Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Work efficiently during busy hours
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food supplies
  • Provide friendly customer service when required
  • Work as part of a team and assist with other kitchen duties
  • Lift and move food supplies and kitchen items when required

Requirements:

  • Basic cooking knowledge or previous kitchen experience Experience in Wok will be an asset
  • Must be available and willing to work night shifts
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Able to lift and carry supplies as required
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Food Handler Certificate is an asset
