Full job description

THIS ROLE IS FOR REGISTERED KINESIOLOGISTS ONLY.

This is not a personal training position. We are specifically seeking Registered Kinesiologists (R.Kin) to design and deliver clinical-grade, in-home wellness programs for premium clients across the GTA and Waterloo Region.

THE ROLE

You will conduct assessments, design individualized programs, and deliver sessions directly at the client's residence. This is structured, outcome-tracked work — not session-to-session coaching.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-home movement screenings and baseline assessments

- Design programs based on individual assessment findings

- Deliver sessions with professionalism and clinical accountability

- Track client progress and contribute to monthly outcome documentation

- Coordinate with the clinical team where required

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

- $35–$45 per hour (session-based)

- Pre-qualified clients provided — no sales, no lead generation required

- Freelance / Independent Contractor engagement

- Hours assigned based on availability and client demand — not guaranteed

- Responsible for own taxes and HST obligations (Ontario)

- Professional liability insurance is required

REQUIREMENTS

- Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) — College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (mandatory)

- Valid professional liability insurance (mandatory)

- Valid CPR/AED certification

- Minimum 2 years of clinical or applied experience

- Strong competency in strength training, movement screening, and corrective exercise

- Experience in one or more of: women's health, metabolic health, seniors fitness, or injury prevention is an asset

- Personal Training certification (e.g. Canfitpro, NASM, NSCA, ISSA) is a plus

- Reliable transportation (in-home service model)

- Legally eligible to work in Canada

WHO THIS IS FOR

- R.Kins who think in programs, not just sessions

- Strong communicators with clinical confidence

- Professionals who want premium clients without sales pressure

- Those committed to documented, evidence-informed outcomes

Preference given to candidates with availability during peak hours: early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

GROWTH

High-performing R.Kins may be considered for senior and lead roles as the company expands.

HOW TO APPLY

Submit:

1. Resume / CV

2. Proof of R.Kin registration (College of Kinesiologists of Ontario)

3. Proof of professional liability insurance

4. A brief note (3–5 sentences): "What does clinical-quality coaching mean to you — and how do you apply it in practice?"

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

Work Location: In person
