Full job description

The Project Co-ordinator will assist project managers in the administration of contracts. Scope of this position includes the following:

  • Setup projects on various software programs
  • Organize project documentation
  • Track time and tonnages for T&M Invoices; Assemble work summaries
  • Send Invoices
  • Track internal and external costs for projects
  • Communicate with suppliers and clients as required
    • Prepare project schedules

Qualifications:

  • CET certification recommended
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high level attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
