Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming environment
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Serve drinks and food efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, bartending, or restaurant environments with a focus on customer service excellence
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
• Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Experience with cashiering, food industry operations, and hospitality best practices is highly desirable

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
