We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting food preparation, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling under the supervision of kitchen staff.
• Support food service operations by restocking supplies and ensuring the cleanliness of workstations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, surfaces, and storage areas to promote a hygienic environment.
• Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations during food handling and cleaning processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Assist with light food prep tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation are advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks.
