Overview
Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Your energetic presence will help create memorable moments, whether guiding guests through our menu, recommending specials, or providing attentive service in a fast-paced environment. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
  • Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via OpenTable or other reservation systems
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; bus tables as needed to support team efficiency

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience with a strong foundation in customer service and food handling
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
  • Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in diverse settings
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling
  • Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior host/hostess or serving experience that highlights guest relations skills and hospitality excellence
  • Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial for understanding food preparation processes
