Overview

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs to enhance their shopping experience
  • Maintain clean, organized, and inviting store spaces to promote a positive environment
  • Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting stock counts
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately during transactions while ensuring excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational objectives
  • Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workplace for all staff and visitors
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and store policies

Experience

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers and team members
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • A proactive attitude with the motivation to contribute actively toward team success
