As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you’re the driving force behind your restaurant’s success. You’ll lead a dynamic team, create memorable guest experiences, and develop future leaders—all while running a profitable and high-performing business.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, inspire, and coach a high-energy team
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with every meal
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders
• Manage restaurant operations, budgets, and financial plans
• Drive sales growth and operational excellence
• Foster a positive, fun, and inclusive work culture

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of leadership/management experience in restaurants, retail, or hospitality
• Passion for people development and coaching
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence
