Join Kelly for Immediate Openings at a Local Meat Manufacturer! Are you looking for stable, hands-on work in a supportive team environment? Kelly has exciting long-term temporary Meat Packer positions with a reputable local meat manufacturer in Arthur! Whether you’re seeking a light packaging role or prefer working in the raw department, we have opportunities on both day and afternoon shifts starting in August

Competitive Pay:

  • Day Shift: $21.24/hour (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
  • Afternoon Shift: $22.24/hour (3:30 PM – Midnight)

As a Meat Packer, You Will:

  • Work on a dynamic production and packaging line
  • Handle and inspect products for quality assurance
  • Remove items not meeting our standards
  • Pack finished products into boxes and help with palletizing
  • Rotate duties throughout your shift, keeping your day active and varied

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Can lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
  • Ready to stand and stay active your entire shift
  • Okay with working in a cold (refrigerated) setting
  • Strong hand-eye coordination
  • Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to work
  • Previous food production experience is an asset (meat industry preferred, but not required)
