About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of full-time Cook Level 3 (Pastry). In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and specialty items while maintaining Langdon Hall's quality and presentation standards.
• Managing mise en place and supporting pastry production across restaurant, banquet, and special event operations.
• Leading the preparation and plating of desserts during service while ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while following all food safety and health and safety standards.
• Supporting the development of junior pastry team members by sharing knowledge, demonstrating techniques, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Working collaboratively with chefs and other Langdon Hall teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Pay & Schedule

• Wage: $20.75 per hour- The kitchen team participates in our Culinary Recognition Program, providing additional earnings distributed with each pay period.
• Schedule: Full Time
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• An anniversary bonus is awarded at your two-year milestone and each subsequent anniversary
