Build Bold. Grow Fast. Engineer the Future.

Are you an experienced precast structural engineer who’s ready to break out of routine work and take your career to the next level? At Kassian Dyck & Associates, you’ll be part of a high-performing, tight-knit team that designs the buildings, infrastructure, and precast systems that shape skylines across North America.

We’re known for our technical excellence, creative design approach, and deep expertise in precast concrete systems — and we’re growing. If you’re looking for a workplace that challenges you, supports you, and invests in your future, this is your moment.

What You’ll Own

  • Engineer structures that matter — from stadiums and industrial facilities to complex precast systems and iconic buildings
  • Take full ownership of design calculations, technical detailing, and drawing reviews
  • Collaborate directly with clients, architects, and builders to bring bold designs to life
  • Conduct site visits to see your designs under construction and solve challenges in real time
  • Engage in design reviews and help elevate the quality of every project
  • Mentor junior team members and share your growing knowledge
  • Gain exposure to innovative PCI and CPCI precast design standards

What You Bring

  • P.Eng. designation in Canada (PE US is a strong asset)
  • 8+ years of structural design experience in Canada or the U.S.
  • 4+ years of precast design in Canada/US
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes and relevant design standards
  • Familiarity with PCI/CPCI codes and precast concrete systems
  • Hands-on experience with tools like ETABS, Robot, Smath, SAFE, or similar software
  • Clear communication skills and confidence in client interactions
  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and desire to take on more responsibility

Why KDA?

  • Challenging, high-profile projects across North America — no cookie-cutter work
  • A collaborative culture where your ideas are heard and your growth is prioritized
  • Work directly with senior engineers and principals — we don’t believe in silos
  • A clear path to project leadership and future ownership opportunities
  • Competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits, and RRSP matching
  • An office that feels more like a team — smart, supportive, and serious about what we do

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary – $80K – $100K
  • Extended health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • RRSP matching to help you plan ahead
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Casual dress and regular team events
  • On-site parking at our Calgary office
