The TELUS Door-to-Door (D2D) team is part of the Customer Solutions Delivery group at TELUS. We are a customer-focused and results-driven team that leads by driving new and innovative channel growth opportunities and providing best-in-class operations and enablement support to our D2D partners and internal sales execution teams.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As a Junior Finance & Vendor Operations Coordinator in the Planning Operations & Strategic Excellence team, you'll support budget management, sales compensation programs, and business impact analysis for the Customer Solutions Delivery Portfolios. Collaborating with sales leadership and partners, you'll drive key business decisions through accurate and timely compensation validation, analysis, and reporting, providing valuable insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies.

Here's how

  • Take ownership of weekly/monthly compensation payments, including actual vs. budget variance
  • Regular performance reporting on key metrics that drive insights and improvements to various compensation programs
  • Take ownership of appeals review, appeals guidelines and monthly results and analysis to managers
  • Present compensation results and analysis to managers and key cross-functional stakeholders
  • Form strong relationships with our external partners in order to provide timely and accurate payments
  • Contribute to, month end accruals, and ad hoc forecasts
  • Identify and implement process improvements to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
  • Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key metrics and trends
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and team members
  • Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleansing.

  • Regarded for your exceptional communication skills, including compelling storytelling and comfort presenting to a management audience
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Analysis or Computer Science

Great-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of Googlesheets, Tableau, SAP and Salesforce

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
