Roles and Responsibilities

Word Press Developer:

  • Build, maintain, and upgrade Full Stack Ecommerce WordPress sites
  • Collaborate with assigned Technical Team Lead to successfully fulfill project objectives
  • Develop general web from full site builds to smaller support tasks with an equal focus on PHP and front-end work
  • Complete deep WordPress theme customization and experience with Woo Commerce
  • Assist with internal development operations, as well as the development of internal tools
  • Creativity on graphics designing.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years experience in a similar development role with solid experience building custom WordPress themes using PHP and Database, Woo Commerce
  • A quick learner who possesses the ability to work well in both an independent and a customer service-oriented environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Take great pride in the work you do
  • Maintain excellent writing and language skills
  • Ability to work independently while following the overall management strategy
  • Creativity on graphics designing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Peterborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
