Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Coordinator to assist with daily operations, scheduling, project coordination, and client communication. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the landscaping, construction, and property maintenance industry.

Responsibilities:• Assist with coordinating daily maintenance and construction operations• Communicate with crews, foremen, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients• Help schedule crews, equipment, materials, and service calls• Track project progress, deficiencies, work orders, and service requests• Conduct site visits and assist with inspections throughout the GTA• Assist with quotations, material orders, and project documentation• Maintain organized job files, photos, reports, and operational records• Support snow operations and emergency service coordination during winter events• Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule• Assist management with operational and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to multitask and work under pressure• Professional attitude and strong work ethic• Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation• Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative• Experience in landscaping, construction, snow removal, or property maintenance is considered an asset

Preferred:• Experience dealing with condominium or commercial property management• Knowledge of landscaping, asphalt, concrete, site services, or exterior maintenance operations• Previous coordination or field experience in construction or maintenance industries
