Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Baker. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry, with experience in baking, food preparation, and customer service. Must be available mornings, with shifts starting at 5 a.m.

Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods
• Handle food safely and maintain proper food handling procedures at all times
• Assist in food preparation tasks within the kitchen, including mixing, assembling, and packaging products
• Ensure all baked items meet quality standards and presentation requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
• Package baked goods securely for retail or delivery purposes
• Follow recipes accurately

Qualifications

• Proven experience in baking or food preparation within a restaurant or bakery setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
• Must have a valid drivers license for deliveries. Company vehicle is provided.
