You thrive in fast-paced environments where deadlines are tight, priorities shift quickly, and big ideas come to life. A clear communicator and dependable team player, you build strong relationships with ease and are always ready to roll up your sleeves to support those around you.

As the Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of GSL Group’s brands. Working closely with the Creative Director and marketing team, you will create engaging digital and print materials that support promotions, events, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns. You will help ensure brand consistency across all projects, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and contribute fresh, creative ideas that elevate GSL Group’s marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing materials for events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across GSL brands.
  • Create branded content for digital signage, in-game displays, and partnership activations.
  • Design visuals for sales presentations, large-format graphics, and partnership materials.
  • Support content development through photoshoots, video production, multimedia projects, and experiential marketing initiatives; and
  • Assist with marketing content scheduling as needed.

In an ideal world, you have post-secondary education in graphic design, graphic arts, marketing, or a related field, along with a working knowledge of both print and digital design. Experience in the live entertainment, sports, or events industry is considered a plus. You are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and have experience using WordPress, PowerPoint or Keynote, and various social media platforms. Most importantly, you are a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow in a collaborative, creative, and fast-moving environment.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, while contributing to a wide range of campaigns, promotions, and live event projects in the sports and entertainment environment.
