The Opportunity: We are currently expanding our Production team and are looking for highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Production Coordinators at the Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior experience to join us on a premium streaming series for Marvel Animation.

Production Coordinators are the operational backbone of our pipeline. Working closely with the Production Manager, Supervisors, Artists, and external partners - Coordinators help ensure information flows clearly, schedules stay on track, and teams have the support they need to work effectively.

This role requires someone who is:

  • Calm under pressure
  • Highly communicative
  • Organized + detail oriented
  • Proactive about solving problems
  • Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities

Success in this role comes from balancing attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Production Tracking & Scheduling:

  • Proactively maintain and update departmental schedules, task tracking and production data with accuracy and consistency.
  • Track assignments, quotas, revisions, approvals and delivery milestones across departments
  • Identify scheduling risks, bottlenecks, or missing information early and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Coordinate outsourced work and help monitor external deliveries against production timelines.
  • Prepare weekly status reports and updates for leadership.

Artist Support & Communication:

  • Ensure Artists and Supervisors have all the materials, references, and information they need to complete work efficiently.
  • Communicate priorities, deadlines, changes, and approvals to Artists clearly and empathetically.
  • Organize, archive, and distribute production materials effectively.

Meeting & Review Management:

  • Prepare review sessions, dailies, and production meetings from both a technical and logistical standpoint.
  • Confidently operate the software (Flow Production Tracking/RV) to pull up Shots/Assets during reviews and approvals.
  • Able to troubleshoot minor technical and/or playback issues during reviews when needed.
  • Record and publish clear, actionable notes from meetings that accurately reflect ownership, action items and priority.

The Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Experience (Choose your level):

        • receptive to feedback and direction
        • Interested in growing within production
    • Mid-Level: You have experience working within a CG animation, VFX, or production-related pipeline and can independently coordinate departmental workflows.
      • You are comfortable:
        • running review/dailies independently
        • tracking complex schedules and quotas
        • anticipating scheduling conflicts/bottlenecks
        • communicating directly with Supervisors and Artists
      • Managing shifting priorities with minimal oversight
      • identifying workflow flaws and proposing solutions to iron out the wrinkles
