About Us:

True Hospitality is a boutique restaurant brand house. We own and/or operate four independent restaurants and is the franchisee of Shark Club Winnipeg. The four independent restaurants include Cibo Waterfront Cafe, Junction 59 Roadhouse, the James Avenue Pumphouse, Dave & Lavernes Modern Diner and Bistro 330 in La Salle. We are always looking for opportunities to develop restaurants in all communities. We are looking for our brand new concept House of Ma !

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Culinary Supervisors and Sous Chefs to lead and inspire our kitchen teams. These roles are pivotal in maintaining our high standards of quality and excellence. Successful candidates will have strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary arts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Supervisors:
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with management to meet budgetary and operational goals.
  • Sous Chefs:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu development and execution.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume or fine-dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Passion for innovation and attention to detail.
