Journeyman Electrician

Position: Full-Time
Wage: Starting at $40/hour

We're looking for a motivated Journeyman Electrician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a company that values quality over cutting corners.

Types of Work We Do

  • Custom luxury homes
  • Multi-family residential
  • High-end residential renovations
  • Residential service upgrades
  • Temporary power services
  • Commercial tenant improvements
  • Commercial service work

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Typical shifts:
  • 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Occasional weekend work as required

Responsibilities

  • Complete residential and commercial electrical installations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure all work complies with the Canadian Electrical Code and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
  • Mentor apprentices and maintain high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

  • Alberta Journeyman Electrician Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
