Leopold’s Tavern Bowness is looking for an awesome Prep Cooks to join our back-of-house team! What You’ll Be Doing

Specific Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Support your teammates and contribute to the team’s success
  • Prepare menu items in line with Leo’s recipes, specs, and brand standards
  • Complete daily prep efficiently and according to established prep lists and priorities
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, portioning, labelling, storage, and rotation
  • Follow Leo’s food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Keep prep areas, coolers, storage spaces, and equipment clean, organized, and ready to go
  • Minimize waste through proper preparation, portioning, rotation, and product handling
  • Communicate shortages, low stock, or prep concerns to the Prep Lead or management team
  • Stay up to date on Leo’s specials, practices, recipe changes, and manager communications
  • Approach your work with pride, ownership, attention to detail, and fun
