In this ABA Therapist Job in Canada (Remote), you will:

  • Conduct structured online behavioral assessments and therapy sessions via a secure teletherapy platform.
  • Implement individualized pediatric treatment plans for children diagnosed with autism and development delay.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to support focus, emotional regulation and behavior management in clients with ADHD.
  • Provide specialized behavioral strategies to assist individuals with Down syndrome in achieving daily living goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the behavioral and frustration-tolerance mechanisms of clients dealing with aphasia.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential digital session notes and behavior tracking data.
  • Guide and empower parents through dedicated telehealth coaching sessions.

Requirements:

To qualify for this ABA Therapist Job in Canada, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Special Education or a related field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or active registration with provincial regulatory bodies (such as the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario – CPBAO) valid in Canada.
  • Minimum of 6+ months of hands-on clinical experience.
  • Proven experience delivering effective therapy in a telehealth or online setting.
  • A stable internet connection and a private, secure work-from-home setup.
