Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Instructor to help lead Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes at our martial arts facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching skills, a deep understanding of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques, and the ability to motivate students of all skill levels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to share your expertise, promote physical fitness, and foster a positive training environment for our members. The instructor will be responsible for designing engaging classes, ensuring safety, and helping students achieve their martial arts goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead structured Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for students of varying ages and skill levels
  • Develop lesson plans that incorporate technical instruction, sparring, and fitness drills
  • Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure students understand safety protocols
  • Provide individualized feedback to help students improve their skills
  • Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere during classes
  • Monitor student progress and adjust training plans accordingly
  • Promote a welcoming environment that encourages participation and respect among students
  • Assist with event organization, competitions, or seminars as needed

Experience

  • Proven experience teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at a professional or semi-professional level
  • Strong knowledge of martial arts techniques, rules, and safety standards
  • Prior experience in teaching or coaching is highly desirable
  • Ability to communicate complex techniques clearly and effectively
  • Passion for martial arts education and fostering student development

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
