Your Role:

As the GWC Sales Support Administrator, you will be a vital part of our boutique operations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the boutique, allowing our sales and leadership teams to focus on delivering world‑class client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person and providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Rolex’s timepieces and aftersales service process.
  • Be the main contact of customers for aftersales services.
  • Prepare and deliver aftersales documentation and invoices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, the service centers to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service.
  • Support boutique and workshop operations, including the parts and components inventory management, and aftersales service material managements.
  • Manage daily office operations including correspondence, scheduling, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Support client relationship management by updating client profiles, processing service requests, and assisting the boutique team as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience customer service (preferably in luxury retail, watch, or jewelry industry)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A professional and discreet demeanour, comfortable handling confidential information.
