Luxury Retail Security Guard

Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available

About the Position

Logixx Security is seeking professional, customer-focused Security Ambassadors for prestigious luxury retail locations in downtown Vancouver, including a high-end watch and jewelry boutique.

This is a suit-and-tie position requiring exceptional customer service skills, professionalism, and a polished appearance. Successful candidates will serve as brand ambassadors while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner

* Maintain a visible security presence within the retail location

* Provide outstanding customer service to guests and staff

* Monitor store activities and report incidents as required

* Represent both the client and Logixx Security in a professional manner

* Support loss prevention and safety initiatives

* Ensure a welcoming and secure shopping experience

Requirements

* Valid BC Security Worker Licence

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Professional appearance and demeanor

* Ability to wear business attire (suit and tie)

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Reliable, punctual, and dependable

* Commitment to long-term employment preferred

* Previous luxury retail, concierge, hospitality, or security experience is an asset

Work Locations

Downtown Vancouver Luxury Retail Locations

Hours may include:

* Monday to Saturday: Approximately 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

* Some Sunday shifts may be available during special events and peak seasons
