Responsibilities:

As a Stylist at Pilgrim, your responsibilities will include:

• Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and offering guidance on jewelry selection.
• Educating clients
• Providing excellent customer service
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously learning new techniques.
• Assisting clients with jewelry purchases and processing transactions.
• Collaborating with the in-store team to create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to the store's success.
• Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining punctuality.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.
• Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Attention to detail and precise work when performing.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Experience in retail or sales environments is a plus.
• A team player mindset and a professional appearance.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

COMPENSATION:

• Base Salary: 18 $ an hour
• Commission: 2% commission on all personal sales (2.50$ to 4$ extra per hour on avg)
• Bonus: Weekly bonus based on: A. Unites per transaction (UPT) targets ($25), Representing approx. $1 300+ of addition income per fiscal year
• Vacation: 4% of earnings (Full time equals to 2 weeks)
