Chow Tai Fook is seeking a Passionate and Customer- Focused Full Time Sales Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a well-established, reputable brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all customers upon arrival.
• Assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Build long - term customer relationships and support the development of client loyalty programs
• Keep up to date on promotions, new arrivals, and brand stories to enhance customer engagement
• Support store merchandising, display updates, and inventory replenishment
• Be willing to consistently complement and update knowledge about our products
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through effective product knwoledge and selling techniques
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and a welcoming presence to engage with guests.
• Mandarin and English speaking are preferred**
• Previous retail and sales experience preferred**
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Work location: Fairview Mall
