Teresa & Sons est à la recherche d’un(e) sertisseur(se) expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe d’atelier à Montréal. Nous sommes spécialisés dans la joaillerie fine sur mesure, les bagues de fiançailles, les bijoux de mariée, les réparations ainsi que les bijoux de luxe sertis de diamants, réalisés avec précision et souci du détail.

Il s’agit d’une opportunité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur le design, au sein d’une entreprise familiale passionnée par le savoir-faire, le luxe moderne et une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Description du posteResponsabilités

  • Sertir des diamants et pierres précieuses sur des bijoux de joaillerie fine avec précision et constance
  • Maîtriser différents types de sertissage, incluant griffes, pavé, serti clos, serti rail et microsertissage
  • Effectuer les finitions et les contrôles de qualité afin d’assurer un niveau de fabrication irréprochable
  • Travailler sur des projets sur mesure, des bagues de fiançailles, des bijoux de mariée et des réparations
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de production afin de respecter les délais tout en maintenant des standards élevés
  • Manipuler des pièces délicates et de grande valeur avec soin et attention

Qualifications

  • Expérience préalable comme sertisseur(se) en joaillerie fine
  • Grand souci du détail et excellent sens du savoir-faire
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et efficace
  • Expérience avec les bijoux en or et en platine
  • Connaissance de la manipulation des diamants et pierres précieuses
  • Une expérience en atelier de joaillerie est considérée comme un atout

  • Set diamonds and gemstones in fine jewelry pieces with precision and consistency
  • Experience with various setting styles including prong, pavé, bezel, channel, and micro-setting
  • Perform finishing and quality control checks to ensure exceptional craftsmanship
  • Work on bespoke projects, engagement rings, bridal jewelry, and repairs
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
  • Handle delicate and high-value pieces with care and attention to detail

Qualifications
