Our Jewellery & Repair Service Advisor position carries a special responsibility. Our Service Department plays an active role in client recognition, satisfaction, and is dedicated to accurately assessing our guests needs and requests. You will be a critical part of the HOWARD world, doing wonders to enhance our clients' experiences by adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

This position requires working 5 days per week. Please detail any related experience or training involving jewellery, administration, luxury retail sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate and provide professional guidance with all jewellery repairs, services, and restoration. Being the contact between our service department and the factory. Reporting to the General Manager.
• Ensuring our service and repair requests are completed and communicated correctly; including identifying and suggesting repairs or upgrades, quoting, and ensuring at take-in that there is a thorough description of clients items (with photos), and that all necessary waivers are signed and dated
• Assisting in managing quality control of all jobs, ensuring that every job has been quality checked with accuracy and continually meets products requirements and client satisfaction
• Communicate with sales the status of their jobs, including but not limited to estimates, repairs, lead times and/or service recommendations
• Inputting job bag information, ensuring that all information is inputted accurately (sku’s, labour, materials, pricing) and closed correctly
• Handling and finding solutions for service related complaints/issues
• Foster an environment where clients are always at the forefront, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Work independently and and collaboratively to achieve individual, team-based objectives and and performance goals

Desired Qualifications:

• You are an empathetic, warm, people loving individual! You realize the importance of genuineness in relationships and are willing to go above and beyond
• Experience in Jewelry repair/manufacturing would be considered an asset.
• Meticulous and resourceful. You possess strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• You have an understanding of clienteling in a luxury environment
• Have a good resistance to stress and can manage it positively and effectively
• Demonstrates customer-focused thinking and maintains a positive attitude
• Have superior communication and writing skills
• Able to effectively collaborate with other team members, and demonstrates strong team spirit
• Comfortable in a self-starter based environment; can easily adapt to the changes of pace; comfortable working as a team or individually

• Full-time permanent role located in-store

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
