• Welcome customers and create a warm, professional first impression
• Learn about customers’ lifestyles, needs, and preferences
• Help customers create furniture solutions that fit their homes and lives
• Deliver product demonstrations and recommendations with confidence
• Create an enjoyable, stress-free shopping experience
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and service
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain an inviting and organized showroom environment
• Accurately process orders and customer information
• Stay current on products, promotions, and company programs

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, hospitality, service, leadership, or relationship-based roles
• A customer-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence discussing products, pricing, and solutions
• Experience working toward goals and achieving results
• Basic computer proficiency

Post-secondary education in sales, business, design, or a related field is an asset but not required.

Furniture experience is not required.

Bilingualism is an asset.
