Make an Impact
Our Assistant Store Managers make an impact by partnering with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a store team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives results. They play a critical role in supporting daily operations, ensuring execution of Fossil’s brand standards, and helping foster an engaging environment where people and performance thrive.
Assistant Store Managers act as role models on the sales floor, coaching team members, delivering training, and ensuring that brand initiatives and operational standards are consistently met. They step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable and help drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and fun.
Who You Are
  • 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred (keyholder, supervisor, or similar).
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Team-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping people succeed.
  • High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
