Retail Associate & Sales Admin ( Full-Time ) – Vancouver Store

Pyrrha is seeking an outgoing and reliable individual to join our team as a Full Time Sales Associate & Admin at our Vancouver Store. Our ideal team member is a self-starter, motivated by a genuine desire to connect with and care for our guests. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, experience in retail sales, a strong administrative skillset and the ability to work both independently, and as part of a team.

The sales associate will work 4o hours per week between the hours of 9-6pm, Monday through Sunday, hours may change seasonally based on business needs. Must be available holidays and weekends.

Job Description

• Build relationships with guests, providing a luxury and personalized sales experience.
• Promoting the store through events and community outreach
• Work in collaboration with the Store Manager to manage the daily operations of the Vancouver store.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment through merchandising and inventory management.
• Hosting studio tours and in-store events, sharing Pyrrha’s brand story with our guests.
• Work in collaboration with Customer Care to respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product and service information.
• Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking and documentation.
• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports as requested.
• Other sales and administrative duties as needed to support the studio.

Skills & Experience

• 1-2 year sales experience, preferably in a retail setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
• Previous experience with Shopify and / or Salesforce is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
