At Anstett Jewellers we are seeking A Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant who will act as an elite brand ambassador and will provide personalized assistance to each customer. The Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant embodies our core values of professionalism, trust and integrity with knowledge and building meaningful, trust-based relationships with our customers.

Your Impact:

As a Luxury Sales Consultant you will welcome and assist customers with a refined, professional and warmth experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional service and product excellence. You will build long-term relationships with our customers, while helping to choose selections that reflect the lifestyles and milestones of their individual taste. Your expertise will guide the customer to a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers with refined, professionalism ensuring a personalized jewellery shopping experience.
  • Facilitate and guide customer's in selecting exquisite jewellery, and diamond's that match their style, occasion, and budget.
  • Share expert knowledge about diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery brands to educate and inspire customers.
  • Handle high-end sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through outstanding service and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a visually stunning store by keeping displays organized and ensuring products are presented beautifully.
  • Facilitate special orders, jewellery customizations, repair take-ins and personalized services to meet individual customer needs.
  • Stay up to date on the latest market trends in engagement rings, wedding bands and jewellery to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals, while continuing to set and meet personal sales goals.
  • Maintain operational excellence, including inventory control and merchandising.
  • Other duties as assigned

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or client services.
  • A passion for luxury retail, fashion, or fine jewellery, with an interest in further education.
  • Previous retail sales and customer service experience in jewellery required.
  • A positive attitude, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create meaningful connections.
  • Polished, professional appearance with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude with a desire to exceed sales goals.
  • Previous sales experience where the customer experience is the primary focus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-value transactions with care.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to Have:

  • GIA, Canadian Jewellers - Graduate Jeweller certification or prior sales experience.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
