We are currently seeking two permanent Full-Time Sales Associates to join our fast-paced showroom. If you love people, enjoy building relationships, have a passion for jewellery, and thrive in a positive team environment, we would love to meet you.

The ideal candidates will represent our family values, strive for excellence, and genuinely enjoy helping people celebrate life's special moments. They will be eager to continuously learn, retain product knowledge, and develop the skills required to become a trusted jewellery professional.

Jewellery experience is an asset but not required. We are happy to train the right person through our comprehensive in-store education program covering diamonds, gemstones, gold, silver, watches, jewellery care, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their needs
• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service before, during, and after the sale
• Educate customers on jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, watches, repairs, and services
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs
• Receive and document jewellery and watch repairs with efficiency and accuracy
• Learn basic jewellery service procedures, including watch battery replacement
• Assist customers in the early stages of the custom design process by gathering detailed information and scheduling design consultations
• Create and maintain customer profiles within our POS system
• Keep clients informed of special events, promotions, and new arrivals
• Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
• Maintain showroom appearance and cleanliness
• Follow all security procedures to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and merchandise

• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the workday
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to successfully pass an RCMP Criminal Record Check

Compensation

Full-Time Permanent Position

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour - Compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit with our team culture.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
