Full job description

This global jewellery retailer is expanding into Canada by launching showrooms across the country. They are seeking a Part Time Sales Associate with experience in selling diamonds and fine jewellery to lead the Vancouver market, who is also looking for growth.

Base Salary is $32,500 - Part-Time

Description

  • One-to-one sales and product demonstration.
  • Ensure exceptional standards are achieved and maintained.
  • Maximize stock potential through effective merchandising and display standards, promotions and use of Point of Sales materials.
  • Ability to up-sell other products and maximize one-to-one sales opportunities.
  • To work alongside management, maximize profits, exceed clients' requirements and set an amazing standard of customer service.
  • General administration: consultations, returns, repairs, workshops, etc.
  • To converse with clients via the use of telephone, email and live chat to drive sales.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of fine jewellery expereince
  • Experience liaising with high-end clientele is advantageous
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Proactive team player
  • Problem-solving: employ critical thinking to identify possible solutions
  • Flexibility: Be able to adapt quickly and efficiently in line with the changing needs of the role
  • Have a keen interest in new software and the ability to learn new systems quickly
