About the Role

L'ORO is seeking a passionate and results-driven Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team. As a client advisor, you will play a key role in creating exceptional client experiences, building lasting relationships and driving sales through expert product knowledge and personalized service.

This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about luxury timepieces and fine jewelry, thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment and is committed to delivering a world-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through exceptional client engagement and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up, and clienteling initiatives.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty, retention, and repeat business.
  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored recommendations based on each client's preferences, lifestyle, and needs.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of our luxury watch and jewelry collections, including technical features, craftsmanship, heritage, and unique selling points.
  • Represent the L'ORO brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
  • Create memorable client experiences in-store, online, and during special events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging brands, competitor activity, and evolving customer preferences within the luxury market.
  • Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer insights, product performance, and business opportunities.
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within watches, jewelry, or other luxury goods categories.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building a loyal client base.
  • Strong passion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional, polished, and confident presentation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to embrace new initiatives, continuously develop product expertise and thrive in a dynamic luxury retail environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant luxury retail training is considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly valued.
