Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our Sackville team. This role offers the opportunity to practice patient-centered care in a supportive environment where your professional expertise directly impacts the health and well-being of the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional pharmacy services in accordance with New Brunswick regulations
  • Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and drug interactions
  • Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and overall health management
  • Administer injections, vaccinations, and expanded clinical services (where applicable)
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Oversee pharmacy workflow and supervise pharmacy staff
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists
  • Strong patient care and clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Injection certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Proficiency with pharmacy systems (Kroll experience considered an asset)
