Full job description

We are currently hiring a Sales Representative for Japanese food and daily necessities. The role involves customer order processing, product introduction, restocking recommendations, and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily orders from B2B clients such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and wholesalers
  • Introduce Japanese food, daily necessities, and related product features; provide professional sales recommendations
  • Follow up on clients’ restocking needs and maintain stable business relationships
  • Assist in preparing quotations, product catalogs, and promotional materials
  • Communicate with the warehouse regarding shipments, restocking, and inventory status
  • Support new client development and expand sales channels

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Japanese food, daily necessities, cosmetics, or related brands preferred; interest in Japanese products is a plus
  • Experience in sales, wholesale, distribution, or store supply preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with supermarkets, convenience stores, and beauty retailers
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling orders, inventory, quotations, and basic administrative tasks
  • Able to conduct client visits as required
  • Basic data organization skills to assist with updating product catalogs, promotions, and inventory information
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills
  • Must hold a valid work permit
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

Pay: $34,400.00-$129,357.28 per year
